At Vacay Haven, we want you to feel effortless and confident in every piece. We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential to your experience. If your selection isn’t quite right, we are here to assist you with a seamless return process.
The Return Window
We accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact.
Hygiene & Condition Standards
Due to the delicate nature of swimwear, we maintain strict hygiene standards for the safety of all our guests.
- Sanitary Liners: Returns will only be accepted if the clear hygienic strip has not been removed or tampered with.
- Condition: Items must be free of make-up, deodorant marks, sunscreen stains, or scents of any kind.
- Trial: We kindly ask that you try on your swimwear over your own personal undergarments.
Vacay Haven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these hygiene requirements. Items that are soiled or damaged will be sent back to the customer.
How to Start a Return
- Request: Email us at hello@shopvacayhaven.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Review: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the appropriate shipping address.
- Ship: Package your items securely in their original packaging using the prepaid return label provided by our team.
Return Labels & Shipping
We provide a prepaid shipping label with every authorized return. A flat-rate processing fee of $8 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the cost of the label and logistics.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges, as we find a new order is the fastest way to get your replacement piece. Simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order online.
To support your journey toward the perfect fit, we will waive the $8 return label fee for any order being replaced by a new purchase. Please contact our team at hello@shopvacayhaven.com with your new order number so we can apply this credit to your return.
